Todays work out and update.

Today's gym session I worked on my triceps and abs. I started with a 20 minute run to warm up my muscles so I do not injure my self at any part off my training, then I moved on to French press aka lying triceps extension where I started off with a lighter weight and gradually started picking up more heavier weights. Also did the triceps cable push down.

On my abs I did the classic sit-ups whiles holding on to a 10kg free weight. In addition I done leg raises in a pull up position. 

Does anyone have good suggestions for an effective abs work out?
