With my University class partner I have been planning a novel, it is basically a story that we are forming that hopefully if found interesting will go to a high place and be published.
The novel is about a person called Carter that is accused of criminal offences and has to serve 15years in prison. He makes couple good friends in prison but falls ill and has to tell the doctor his secret about him not being a male and really is a transsexual.

Lazy!!
Since Friday iv been in a lazy mood. Iv missed five days of gym but on Saturday I had a valuable reason for not going, I fitted my own car exhaust I started at 10am and finished at 6pm. Me and my friend where stuck when a rusted bolt would not come of so we grinded it of and then soldered it back together once the new exhause was fitted. Also there was a electricity cut in my area which caused me to lose my courswork. Since then I have started a novel with my class patner, I will upload it on my next post.
Back to the gym subject, hopefully I will go today.

INJURY!!
At the moment I have not trained on my legs due to an injury that involved me having keyhole surgery on my left knee. In the summer of 2010, I injured myself when on holiday by falling through the roof of my house in Pakistan. The roof was weakened due to torrential rain fall. I will hopefully start training soon on my legs, I will start with the least heaviest weight to build strength and composure in my left knee.

Todays work out and update.
Today's gym session I worked on my triceps and abs. I started with a 20 minute run to warm up my muscles so I do not injure my self at any part off my training, then I moved on to French press aka lying triceps extension where I started off with a lighter weight and gradually started picking up more heavier weights. Also did the triceps cable push down.
On my abs I did the classic sit-ups whiles holding on to a 10kg free weight. In addition I done leg raises in a pull up position.
Does anyone have good suggestions for an effective abs work out?
